Caring and Professional Staff A Family Like Environment
Our Scope of Services
St. Leonard’s staff provides a furnished room and personal assistance with the activities of daily living as needed, including, but not limited to: medication administration; housekeeping; laundry; managing and securing healthcare in collaboration with family/POA; and personal hygiene assistance as needed. Meals are prepared in house and served in the dining room, as is an evening snack.
Staff also assists residents as needed in: making and keeping doctor appointments; scheduling personal transportation; providing leisure and social activities; obtaining clean, seasonal clothing; applying for entitlement programs such as the SSI Boarding Home Supplement and VA Aid & Attendance; and planning shopping excursions.
